1. General Return & Exchange Eligibility

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@jusbaitstarz.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and the item(s) you wish to return. Please ensure that you send this request within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) and ensure the Return Authorization number is visible on the return parcel.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or an error occurred on our part. You may choose any postal service, but we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your package reaches us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your return within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
4. Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can follow the return process and indicate that you want an exchange instead of a refund. However, please note:
